Implementation architecture

Six connected layers, one explicit trust model.

Raw identified patient data and the isolated identity mapping would remain inside the approved local environment. Select a stage to explore the responsibilities and controls proposed for that layer.

Verified study ingestion

The proposal uses encrypted batch transfer with manifests, checksums, and a controlled landing zone.

Each study would be tracked by modality, size, checksum, arrival date, and verification status before entering the working system.

Validate before scale

Pilot the ingestion and de-identification pipeline on a controlled subset before expanding to the full planned dataset.

Make every release attributable

Connect access, training, review, and model delivery to approved identities and proposed append-only audit events.

Move compute, not raw data

The proposed design would run partner workloads beside protected data and release only reviewed artifacts or vetted anonymized copies through approved controls.
